SmartWasher® is the world's leading and bestselling parts washer using bioremediation* to enable the safe surface cleaning and degreasing of machine parts with fluids that continually clean themselves in a parts cleaning system closed tank environment.
Essentially this is a "chemical-free parts cleaner" containing an aqueous based cleaner and degreaser solution called OzzyJulce® with a particulate trap impregnated with safe naturally occurring microbes (Ozzy's) called an OzzyMat™.

The principle benefit of the SmartWasher® is that it allows the user to eliminate or significantly reduce liquid waste streams that in turn, dramatically cuts the expense of hazardous waste removal and the associated health, safety and environmental liabilities and costs.
SmartWasher® eliminates the need for hazardous solvents and aerosol cleaners.
SmartWasher® is a rugged part cleaning machine manufactured from HDPE moulded plastic.
The system comprises of fluid tank fitted with a heating element and 1135 litre/hour pump and a robust sink with faucet, small parts tray and cleaning brush or brushes.
The cleaning and degreasing fluid contained in the tank is heated to a warm 39-42°C temperature because hot water cleans better than cold water and this temperature provides the right environment for the microbial Ozzy's.*
